1. Who are we?

We are Singapore registered company authorized to sell TST Tin'Secret skin care products. Please be assured that we only sell 100% authentic products directly imported from TST main office. We do not obtain our stock from any sources except from main office.

3. How do I know if the products are authentic?

We are a registered company in Singapore. Buying from a registered company gives you the assurance that the products we selling is legal and authentic. Besides we have a certified reseller certificate to prove that we are authorized to sell TST Tin'Secret skin care products. We can provide you our company registration number and a copy of the certificate as per your request.

4. How to be a reseller?

We welcome you to establish the brand with us. There is zero investment required and you get to buy the products at their native pricing. Essentially this model requires you to get stocks directly from Shanghai office and ship back to Singapore at your own leisure. You may contact us for more details.

5. How to make payment?

We accept credit card and internet banking for now.

6. Does TST-Tin'Secret Singapore ship internationally?

Currently, we only provide shipping to Singapore and Malaysia. Friends from Singapore and Malaysia can make your purchases through our Singapore official website - www.tst-tinsecret.com.sg.

We may expand our business internationally in future, will keep you update. If you want to send your orders to other countries, please do not hesitate to contact us. We may be able to assist.

7. What are the postage fees & charges?

We have indicated the postage fee upon your checkout the products. It costs $3.90 for delivery.

For Singapore:

We usually use singpost smartpac for small orders. Delivery via singpost smartpac takes 2 - 3 days and if you are not around to collect the parcel, singpost will slot in your letterbox.

For big orders, we will contact you for arrangement.

For Malaysia:

We will dispatch your order from China to Malaysia. It is usually done by third party provider delivery to doorstep.

8. What is our delivery time?

In order to maintain the freshness of the products, TST Tin'Secret Singapore does not keep some of the stocks and as such, we will obtain the goods directly from Shanghai main office.

Under normal circumstance, you will be able to receive your purchase within 10 working days. We hope our customers might note that TST Tin'Secret Singapore does not represent courier companies, and as much as we hope for parcels to arrive on time, parcels can suffer delays beyond our control. However, please rest assured we're on your side and will help in any way we can.

Office Hours are from Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.

During peak periods, there may be some delay in shipping. Please bear with us as we could not fulfil the delivery promise due to large volume of orders, transaction and availability issues.

9. What is our return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase (only applicable if it is damaged during shipment or we have sent wrong item/type/shade), you can send it back to us.

  • Returns must be made within 7 days from date of purchase.
  • Damaged items must be returned together with their original box and receipt

Once you have completed the form, please email it to us at support@tst-tinsecret.com.sg. If you have any difficulties or problems, please do not hesitate to contact us via email or wechat. Our administrator will contact you once your request is confirmed, and then we will refund to you within 7 working days.

Kindly inform us before send back item or else the request will not be process. You will need to arrange with your own courier and provide us the return parcel tracking number, if not please bear your own risk.

Once we have received your products, we will give the refund back to your bank account. If order is made with promotion code, you will only receive with a prorated refund. 

10. What are our postage charges for return policy?

Customers would have to bear the postage fees for shipping item(s) back to us during the return process. Please provide us a receipt of postage charges and we will refund a maximum of SGD 3.80 for your return shipping charges to your account.

11. How can I return my purchase?

Return purchase is only applicable to item damaged during shipment or we have sent wrong item/type/shade. Kindly email your inquiry to support@tst-tinsecret.com.sg with the subject “Return Item”. We will assist you as soon as possible. 
Please allow 7 working days for your inquiry to be processed. 
To make the process run smoother and faster, do email your inquiry with picture(s) of your item(s) & its condition and your order details for record purpose.

12. How long will it take to receive my refund?

Please allow up to 7 working days from the date we receive your return package. 
Refund will based on customer actual paid via same payment mode - Final payment to refund, voucher cannot change into cash term.

Note: TST Tin'Secret Singapore does not bear any third party surcharges such as currency conversion fee, admin fee, etc. This is applicable to Paypal, Credit Card, Bank. Refund is solely based on the customer actual paid in www.tst-tinsecret.com.sg website.

13. Can I cancel or amend my order?

We normally do not accept cancellations especially on promotion items, but please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order or part of your order. Depending on the items/orders/your purchase status we might be able to assist. However, please note in some situations, once we have processed your order with HQ, we are unable to refund or change your order.
